CA Bhavesh Vasoya was enrolled as a member of ICAI in 2006 with membership no. 123097 and has experience of 15 years in almost every facet of the accounting and taxation profession. Mr. Vasoya having also worked as CFO in one of the reputed food processing company. He is the key person of the firm and that capacity looking after the entire range of practice relating of Audit, Direct Taxes including planning for corporates and others and rendering of consultancy on Transfer Pricing, Business Start Ups, Company Law Matters, Management Support Services, Business Process Outsourcing, Project Finance and Virtual CFO services to the small and mid size corporate.
Mr. Vipul Mungara is commerce graduate and qualification of DTLP and handling GST department in the firm. Mr. Mungara having experience of 15 years in the field of accounting, he has worked as Accounts Manager of listed company and gained good experience, after completion of DTLP, he joined the firm and handling GST compliance to manufacturing and service providing companies in the firm.
CA Denisha Timbadiya was enrolled as member of ICAI in 2023. Gained 3 year’s experience in article ship in field of Accounting, Direct as well as Indirect Taxation and having good hands in the area of Income Tax, Tax Auditing of SME Enterprises as well as Statutory Audit of Private Limited Companies. She is also monitoring GST annual compliance as well as handling GST Refund cases related to MSME Enterprises as well as helping business organization on various Govt. Incentives of state as well central Govt Policies. Currently, she is associated with firm in field of Auditing & Taxation.
CA Sanjay Sojitra is s commerce graduate & an associate member of ICAI since 2022. He is serving industries in the field of Direct and Indirect Tax & Risk Advisory. He is associates with our firm to provide Risk Advisory service to various manufacturing & Service industries . He is serving Risk advisory service such as Internal Audit, Internal Control Framework, Internal Financial Control & Design and implementation of SOP.
Mr. Sandip Makadiya is commerce graduate and having experience of 12 years, associating the firm in the field of auditing, tax compliance and having good analytical expertise and expert in data mining for MIS reporting and Management support service.
Mr. Nikunj Parekh is commerce post graduate and having experience of 10 years, associating the firm in the field of TDS return processing, preparation of working capital proposal, CMA Data, Income Tax, Accounting and business registrations.
